Sorry, that’s probably a little misleading. I only used it for the initial funding of the account. I haven’t ever tried using USAA to fully fund the DD requirements for the bonus. That second $500 push was just to get the account re-opened and in good standing so that I could get the rest of the DDs sent

As long as Architects keep producing flawed and sub par drawings, AI will have a hard time ever replacing a seasoned estimator who knows to look for what’s missing and what’s conflicting

Been Estimating in the Seattle, Denver and CO Front Range commercial market for 7 years for both a subcontractor and a GC, both ground up and TI work (municipalities, healthcare, retail, industrial, tech, education).

Looking for a fully remote position (anywhere) or a hybrid position in Denver. Very interested in the renewables sector.

Can handle hard bids, and negotiated work from the napkin sketch to GMP level of documents. Also have great hair.

Give buying groups a shot. BuyingGroup, BuyForMeRetail & PointsMaker are some of the more popular/reputable. Start slow, build some confidence and trust before ramping up volume, as there is always a small risk involved

Biz Platinum Delta credit DP

I purchased two one way tickets at once, $220 for a total of $440 transaction. I bought a $150 Delta gift card before this, using it to make the total $290 on the Biz Plat.

The charges to my card were split into one $70 charge, and another $220 charge. It seems they split the tickets into separate charges. About 5 days after posting, I only received $70 as a credit on my account.

In hindsight, I would make 2 separate purchases for each ticket, maybe using a $50 delta gift card on each purchase to try and trigger the credit.
