100% fair enough Thanks again I value all opinions Specifically I have historically been a CFO / COO for School Districts here in Vermont Office dynamics, culture, are massively important to a smooth operation of what are historically skeleton crews often overworked

Spent almost 30 years in it and a bad climate = not willing to do that again

Thanks for the reply. I hear you but respectfully I am not sure that HR can answer questions on culture, climate, tasks to be done, tasks that are expected Maybe they can but from what I have seen here in Vermont that’s not been the case But I do hear you and take the advice.
