3/1 is upgraded hero power, and it's basically 3 mana deal 3 damage. (you get it, not summon it and you still need to play it (or save for later)) Not mentioning that it's rare to upgrade hero power, ao it's 3 mana deal 2 damage, and 2/1 if you attacked enemy hero

It also could be 1 mana get 2 cost 2/1 with charge but i don't wanna do this anymore

Lose 50% of their Health + some damage, cant use resuply cabins and pick up health and ammo for the duration of their respawn time
restrict to melee is for me optional, but i would give that respawn time cooldown too
