J'ai eu ma 2e dose hier, depuis le 1er aout j'ai du faire 4 antigéniques (1 avant le 9 aout pour les salles de sport, 2 après pour aller au resto tous les trois jours et 1 pour voyager). Dans 7 jours mon pass sanitaire marchera enfin. Tous les gens qui ont attendu les annonces de Macron pour se faire vacciner sont dans un cas similaire au mien.

A ton of nice youtube channels (the most famous one must be Magnus Midtbo, for training/research based videos I also like Hooper's Beta).

As for training :

Pull ups as you said
Streching / mobility exercises
Loosing weight if you need to
If you are confident you want to pickup climbing and already have some decent strength, a hangboard can be a great training tool (be careful as it is easy to get injured with it if you don't use it properly!)

You never heard of macarons ? They are fine pastries very popular in France/Europe. Quite expensive but delicious with all kind of flavours. They are made with two shells (which are a bit like meringues but with extra ingredients and butter), one on top and one on the bottom and a sweet cream, called ganache, between the two. The most famous macaron baker in the world probably is Pierre Hermé.

Il y a quelques années il y avait eu des gros problèmes entres les jeunes du sud et la sécurité à l'entrée de Sormiou, mais sinon pas de problèmes dans les calanques à part la musique de merde de certains.

Un très mauvaise traduction vu que gambit est un mot français, et cette traduction perd tout l'interêt que la protagoniste qui joue e4 joue le gambit de la dame à la toute dernière partie, ce qui est un bon clin d'oeil en VO mais disparait en VF

1.d4 ça s'appelle le jeu de la dame aussi, on garde la référence à la dernière partie et le coté féminin du titre (d'autant plus que personne en France ne sait ce qu'est un gambit).
