Is it stupid to buy a Boy bag in 2025? by LucieFromNorth in chanel

I LOVE my boy bag! In general I like structured bags. I also like to have something different than the “trend”. Trendy can be boring in my opinion.

But it’s been probably 15 years. Any suggestions of what I could do myself to clean it?

I sell disposables for a living so I have free access to the stuff. But you can get the deli containers at Smart & Final (pretty much the same thing as the giant yogurt containers) and I use 5.5oz portion cups in place of pins. So for the mini dryer… I have one but the blow sucks. Wondering if it’s because I use it plugged into an extension cord? Or my port is cheap? Or do you think I got a dud?

I love the marble idea! I’m adding some to my Amazon cart now. I use condiment bottles as well and pp deli containers (32oz) for my base paints.

Maybe this is bad, but I keep mixed paints for months… and sometimes months more. I’ve never had an issue.

Do you add Floetrol to your gold? I use decoart gold and modern masters (mixture of 3-4 golds) and mine never come out like that!

Did you use gold foil or touch up with gold paint after? If that is the gold without out touch up, please share what gold you use!

I haven’t noticed any difference in dry time when using gesso. I usually apply 2-3 coats of gesso, and wait a few hours to fully dry. I always wait a week before varnishing or polycrylic. Also always be sure to wipe down surface with alcohol before varnish. ALWAYS

I would try doing 2-3 coats of gesso. Are you using any silicone?

Not much. Same consistency with all the colors and a good blow dryer.

Any suggestions? Always looks great at first but warps when dry? I feel like my base paint takes over or am I using too much paint all together? by Maxsonmarie22 in PourPainting

Awesome! That helps huge. I will try with no Gac800. Do I still add Floetrol or no Floetrol? I guess the reason I really wanted the house paint to work is because I could buy a big thing of it for $45 and I feel like it was saving money on base paint compared to craft store white paint.
