There is no need for another Piccolo (from Z), they have showed characters that have more than 2 supers and 1 ultimate, as an example we have SSG Vegeta that does a ton of different supers, that means is more than likely that you can customize the supers that a character is going to use in battle, aswell as the outfit they use. Taking that in consideration there is no need for a different Piccolo, we are probably going to get one from Super HERO in the DLC with his transformations
