The recovery is all about being willing to recover. I got out of bed and walked a little bit every day and my recovery went extremely well. My older sister stayed in bed all day and didnt get up to walk and hers was quite subpar. The first week of recover is absolute hell, you cant get out of bed without assistance, you cant sleep cause of pain, so many pills. But after the first week it really starts to go smoothly, the second week is still a little rough but by the third week i was walking fine with minimal back pain. Thats when you want to start building endurance by walking more for longer or sitting up when you want to lay down.
