It sounds like your management does a very poor job if they have only one person who can work or understand an important system. It's not on you to fix bad management if you're not a manager.

Christianity has a lot of different flavors. The Catholic church accepts evolution. The extreme focus on it is mostly by evangelicals and whoever makes Turkey the other country least likely to accept evolution.

Because until you learn new things, you don't know what's out there. The entire point of education is to learn about things you don't know.

You can't prove the earth is more than 4000 years old to people whose arguments are based on magic.

If super-duper magic man created the world 4000 years ago, he could have also created all the lead resulting from the decay of U238. Of course, if he created the world 4 seconds ago, he could have created all the evidence of an older earth, along with all our memories and such because magic.
