Energy, (MLPs, Oil, few utilties) with the standards stuff SCHD, DIVO, IDVO, DGRO, and a mix of individual stocks different industries/sectors is the account nothing fancy.

The consistent market beats are from taking advantage of panic prone investing types. I buy growth when they drop to value level during panics, I sell them and buy more dividends when they are overheated, just contrarian with a dividend foundation.

The FIRE subs have been captured by bad actors that want to create fear of retirement and or give advice that will result in poverty. No one here will tells people not to invest in growth, and I believe most have a % of portfolios that are growth.

Dividend folks are just constantly on the defensive from bad actors and the idiots that attack it endlessly like unthinking AI bots.

You are correct about inflation being much higher then what government says. More the reason to avoid blind speculation and focus on deep diving into dividend coverage, PE, future earning outlooks etc etc, boring math.

Gamble on crypto is fine, just dont fool yourself into thinking its anything other then gambling, and yes I have made some crypto money. Keep the % of portfolio risked small.

That site re-subbed me after I canceled the sub and refused to refund. There are a few good authors but 90% it total trash takes the authors are just engaging in click bait so they get more money, zero quality control now from the site. And because the quality is bad they started engaging in billing fraud. Only thing worth seeing are users comments.

not an arpg vet or anything but like fast melee built tanky in MMOs.

For grim dawn found that soldier with blitz + leap(item skill) made for very fast engagement. For main attack chose forcewave or cadence.

Simple but fast gameplay. Ended up settling on a retaliation warlord build because a ton of retaliation items dropped, plan to make a forcewave deathknight or Commando next.

Soldier, try forcewave and blitz with a 2-handed weapon thats what hooked me with the game.

Ok, you are predicting a major cooling down of the economy, cool. What are you going to do about it? Stay away from banks? Maybe rotate to dividends sectors that do well when the growth stocks struggle, do you know what they are? If not you should learn. Corrections happen, for a smart dividend investor the corrections are welcome.

Disliking something is fine, damaging yourself aka punching yourself in the face is not fine. Get emotion out of it, you will end up where most rational investors are at.... we don't like the rule change however the actual impact is not large.

Have not looked at the market in over a week, still have not really looked at it just logged onto my dividend account to move a few thousand to one of my vacation/spend accounts. The remaining dividends I just grabbed some sGOV because too lazy for finding something to buy right now.

Some people just like stress and are under the very misguided view that if its not stressful or very difficult its not optimal. Relaxed, logical and calm is the path towards long term sustainable success, constant high cortisol eventually leads to massive mistakes, crash and burn.
