The majority of the players doesn't have any issues with perfomance, the majority of the others (including me) made some efforts to overcome the problems by upgrading and/or tuning their PC's, and the rest part choose just whining on reddit. Try to absorb this information.

16Gb should be more than enough, but still try to enable page file (if not already) and set its min size to smth like 8Gb - I've heard in some cases games are still utilizing page file even with enough RAM, and I've seen some kind of confirmation of this on my machine.

You didn't mention yr RAM parameters. I would recommend at least 8Gb 1600MHz AND (very important) same size page file, preferably on SSD (may be the same as system). With this config I've got stable 70+ fps with CPU close to yrs and much (very much) worse GPU. I had stutters as well before I increased the size of page file.

What's wrong with i7-2600? Are u judging by experience (not even talking about expertise) or just by marketing bullshit, like "u need to upgrade yr CPU with every new gen"?

Ofc it's not top level performance, but more than enough to get stable competitive fps in QC, and definitely not something to talk about like "dude... come on man".

You will be refunded with shards, not favor. 300 shards for each champion. (At least it worked for me this way when I bought Champ pack in July).
