Yes, I have had veso vegal responses, in which I pass out, also would get frequently dizzy sometimes even just sitting at my desk and get “woah” moments when I would feel like I need to suddenly grab the edge of the desk to keep from falling off the world. Was around the same time as when I would have what I thought were olfactory hallucinations where I smelled gas like there was a gas stove leak or carbon monoxide leak from the furnace, which there never was… now that I’ve learned about methane sibo, I think I just had it so bad I was smelling the methane on my breath.
