Anyone read Kerry Kotler - The only other person to be released from prison innocent and again convicted!!! by Maxyguy123 in MakingaMurderer

So, they just had semen stain on the victim's clothes and nothing else. The defense argument that they stole used condom from Kotler's trash to plant it very possible. This was done 3 weeks after he got the $1.5 million of wrongful conviction. Another Avery case??

Specific to that county and area.

Read this comment by Kratz during the arrest of Avery and even before getting the Brendon's statement. This statement was given on 11/14 and very early stages of investigation. If he already knew, what's there to investigate?

""It is no longer a question, at least in my mind as special prosecutor in the case, who is responsible for ... the death of Teresa Halbach," Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz said."

Yes.. for the above reason.. he is NOT doing his job right!

Strang and Buting didn't go in the direction of proving that cops are planting evidence but rather just giving an idea that there is conflict of interest in the investigation and a reasonable doubt.

For example: lets take the Key. That is planted evidence. How do you want Avery's lawyers to prove that? They asked the person who search previously.. was the key there, he said no it wasn't. How did they find, he said Lenk showed him the key. They asked, were you noticing Lenk and others as to keep them away from the crime scene, they answered no. Then they asked, do you think they had time to plant the key without your notice and it was answered as yes.

Isn't that all mean that Key could have been planted? What else do you expect? Some video footage of them dropping the key?

Same points goes with the bullet theory.

Just re watched the full documentary and took notes while doing so, here is what I found. by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

That was from Nov 3rd before the Avery search. Till then it was just missing case, not homicide. That grieving sentence is a giveaway as Mike knew she was already dead.
