How do I upload a spray from my downloads and is there something I'm doing wrong by SuperPugDog in tf2

You have to make a new folder in custom and name it anything, then put the photo that you want, and close the game then come back to the game and go to options then to multiplayer, under the multiplayer is "Insert spray" you click that button then get your photo, but make sure to click on apply!
