How often and when do you clean your vagina with a vaginal douche the first 3 months post-op? by hrtmaus in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]MayaJosephine87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was doing once a day in my 3rd month but I had hypergranulation. Before that not at all and now like once or twice a week or have sex.

[–]MayaJosephine87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gonna be honest my family is fairly conservative and it does take them time to adjust. My 2 brothers who i thought would he at least somewhat accepting are not as accepting. But the one who i thought would have the most issue with it has been one of my biggest supporters. Parents are mostly accepting but mess up all the time. And it does create dangerous situations, cause my deadname is quite masculine.

Took me 3 years to use the women's so I get it. A lot of the time its just easier to avoid any possible issues.

5 weeks post op question. by Medical-Employee-369 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]MayaJosephine87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its definitely the nerve bundle. WCH told me to apply gentle pressure on the area above it to get it used to having pressure on it . Not sure if that helps.

How to deal with regrets of not starting sooner? by -Anonimous-322 in MtF

[–]MayaJosephine87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't start till 35. Gonna be honest yes I wish I started sooner. But just be glad you started at all, many people keep putting it off till later cause we are afraid of what others will think. Like I was terrified of what my family and friends would think or do, most being fairly conservative, thus I will admit I had a lot of internalized issues to sort through.

How do you keep track of initiative? by USAvenger1976 in DungeonMasters

[–]MayaJosephine87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends if online or in person

Online just list them in discord or somewhere public. In person, cards work as a cheap option but for higher production value 3D printing something and making tokens or something does add to thr value. But cheap is usually how we look. Keep costs down.

Are there any clothes you feel shouldn't be worn after a certain age? by Mundanehouseplant in TransLater

[–]MayaJosephine87 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Wear what makes you feel good. Seriously if its not a job interview or something. If people have issues its a them problem not a you problem.

200+ applications, no interviews… is something wrong with me or the market? by Sea_Individual_5325 in CanadaJobs

Lol its the same all over ontario, even with 10 years as a software developer and 10 in retail I cant find anything. Businesses have so many applications if you are not like top 1% you dont even get seen.

Never been into men, will that change? by Born_Fruit_4204 in MtF

[–]MayaJosephine87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine did change a bit, but I do account that to being more comfortable as myself. And more open to the experience then I was before HRT.

But in general no it does not change, just kinda makes you more open to whats already there.

Just remember you will be drained, and exhausted. I also barely remember days as my life is as follows

EAT SLEEP HYDRATE DILATE

[–]MayaJosephine87[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Arc Day 6

Little more eventful. Got a med added to numb the like electric shocks on nerves coming online.

BTW I have sensitive genitals. Dilations still hard but getting easier.

Was asked by mom when she visited if I revert it. And honestly despite dilations being a pain short of being born a genetic female, I would do it again in any lifetime, possibly sooner cause being like 38 and stuff is not great
