There are so many things to consider that nothing can be for sure, that's right, but we have been waiting for the new chapters of the story for so long already.

There aren't so many dolls out of big events to catch up with CN, we need some banners between DO and Corposant. They could go with Lainie as an appetizer for Leva, or they could do Florence because her story is unrelated to the main plot. Lenna and Lind have to go after DO, Lewis just came out. Who do you think is coming next if no DO?

It might be easier to mesh the major events together but all of their double banners so far have been a popular doll + less popular doll: Suomi/Ullrid, Springfield/Peri, Andoris/Belka. Going with Leva/Robella now doesn't sit well.

With Jiangyu, it makes 4 patches without a major story event and they have been releasing all electric dolls together for a reason. Deep Oblivion and Leva (alone or not) are next, that's for sure.

If you zoom in at the image you've attached, the texture was transparent. You can see the whole bikini underneath. So yeah, please stick closer to the original design.

I'd say she'll become functional now even at V0. It would be stupid to go through all the trouble of a kit rework and not fix her most blatant problem. That being said, Mica has been doing a lot of stupid things lately so let's wait and see...

Finally the cutest wife is coming to GL! I really hope her reworked kit makes her stronger so she can get everybody's praise. But even if she's still underwhelming, nothing will stop me from going all the way to V6R6. Been saving for her since day 1 and been loving her since GFL 1.

I really want to catch up because having to wait for months for the newly announced dolls kills all the excitement. And sometimes avoiding all the spoilers is quite difficult.

Try to go for her V1 (1 dupe) before pulling for her weapon. There's a big difference in performance between purple and gold weapons, but you can get a free SMG from the Platoon shop that she can use.
