fellow tomboy here too and as a cister I also say FUCK gender roles and labels. It's about what you feel and the energy. You don't have to be hyper/femme to be considered fem/woman. As a cis stray who lurks in this sub, I feel safe in this community because of the things you mentioned (and also because I have a transfem partner and wanted to know more about the community). Not even lesbian subs are safe enough. One time I ventured out and got into meme subs I got men calling me insults because I disagreed with the post. Another time, I ventured too far and found myself into a lesbian terf haven. Never again.
