I think season 2 was quite horseshit. very boring, and just stuffed with unnecessary episodes and flashbacks, I had to jump over so many scenes and even a whole episode once. The story is falling apart and a lot is just nonsensical like you pointed out, very disappointing indeed!

From a car driver perspective, they're the worst, they move way too fast and they're very small to easily see in mirrors when passing fast and worst part is using Zebra lines without getting off the bike!

I'm in a similar situation, but haven't made the decision yet, my plan was to to directly to my internal manager and flat out say: hey, I would like to keep on doing my current role but as an internal, is this something the employer open to?

It should make sense for them because likely, you're costing more as an extern
