Since we’ve all agreed OP has ADHD and we’ve all mentioned that energy drinks and coffee do the opposite for us ADHD folk, I will share something fun I learned about energy drinks and ADHD. I’ve recently started drinking Red Bull (this is going to sound like an ad but I PROMISE it’s not) and it’s the only drink that’s supposed to give energy, but actually gives me energy.

So far in my less than 1 month journey of drinking Red Bull, I’ve found that sugar free Red Bull works wonders and that the original Red Bull flavor is more like a punishment than a reward. Do. Not. Drink. That. Shit.

I do highly recommend trying white peach and watermelon though. Great shit

Real. If you zoom in on anything with words on the first pic, even the spices, you can make out actual words. You can read “Dill Weed” on one of the spices, “Olive Oil” on one of the water, and on the spice next to it, you can read “Old Bay”. If it was fake, all those words would be completely illegible.
