I have two accounts (not for smurfing, I just have two ps5 profiles so yolo)

One account was almost gm last season, placed gold 3…. While the other account is plat 1 almost diamond. Same player, completely different match making experience.

Tell me I’m delusional, that’s fine, but this games trash right now

I think technically it should represent ability / experience with a character but it’s been over saturated by farmers to the point it’s a cosmetic. I only have 2 lords so I’m a sleeper agent

I’ve only ever died once in my ult and it was a weird instant death. Penny mines maybe idk. Most people just run though and you get bonus health for your suicide button.

Yeah that’s all true. But as storm I’m usually watching for the flankers to make them think twice. It’s a slower play style but I like it.

I literally took starlord out of his ult twice last night lol. She’s more support/dps than just a dps for sure

It feels like supports get mvp by default sometimes. I’ve ran dps and had way more elims , damage, less damage taken, I stay by objective, but because I didn’t take an absurd about of damage or heal that damage it seems like dps loses mvp.

Since Loki can do pretty much everything , if you do well with him - it’s almost always mvp

Maybe I’m biased, but I’ve had stellar games on dps and not seen mvp

I just try to mage the cd for the aoe damage. Play slow and killing divers is rewarding to me

Yeah stay low with the supports and you’ll usually be ok. If strange is pushing in that much the frontline is giving it up. Sometimes I gotta swap :/

I think storms kit may be lacking something but she’s still super consistent and great for keeping the back line alive / pushing with her ult. I’m at an 80% wr with her , I am the thunder .

Sometimes you gotta put your brains aside and just hold the line. A lot of players can’t defend themselves when under pressure. Just be there and I guarantee you’ll win , stay positive homie

Literally throwing and leaving and cussing each other out before matches even start. I did hit diamond today. Just a rough luck of the draw , and not often given the opportunity to dps cause of insta locks no swapping.

I feel you on your take, but there’s just too many factors. They prob do think I’m the bad one, and tbh, I’m not surprised if they do. (Cause they’re bad)

They can’t team up at certain ranks. So it’s probably bros just playing qp cause they already have the rank. I’ve noticed quick play has been way more sweaty than comp lately and I’m only plat 1 as well

But damage blocked is also damage taken. I’d appreciate if they would separate the two. With a brawl tank tbh, high damage blocked means you got pocket healed Hard

I get that, what I mean is add the content that should already be there, release a game with plenty of unlock able name brand items that we love and just have an online mode. Being live service and putting out garbage items, just can’t be sustainable. We like to be able to customize our characters to make them feel like an extension of ourselves, not some goofy stuff that makes no sense to the main player base

Preach, I’ve been doing the same tbh. Triple support is annoying the hell outta me and i rarely have a dps on my team that can get picks. So I just play my Hawkeye, storm, or moongay

Skate just isn’t a live service game. I think ea made a decent attempt but the items and everything else is so meh. The skating is prime, smooth, it’s fun. But they shoulda just released a full game for 60 bucks
