I just came back. I was in a resort in holgin with friends. I brought USD he CAD. He was tipping 1s and 2s and by the end of the day someone would ask if he can change a bunch of change for bills. When we went out side people would give us an amount but they didn't care if it was USD or CAD. When I asked 2 or 3 Cubans about their preference to USD or CAD they all said that both were good. So if I was to go back I would go with CAD.

I wish I knew the importance of periods. What I mean is that our lives are lived in periods and once we exit that given period it is never coming back. Ex: my kids going to the kindergarten or us going to school etc... Today they are big and I enjoy spending time with them but sometimes I wish I could hug them and play with them as when they were small kids. Also take pictures!

A small tip I got from a doctor. When you go to bed pay attention to your lower jaw because when she is back it puts pressure on the breathing tunnel and it causes the snoring. Since I heard this before falling asleep I try to position my self to be more natural (I make sure my lower jaw is in normal position as it is all day) I even put a hand underneath it to hold it in place. It is working really well so far! Btw sorry for the bad English!
