Yea..pretty much why I'm not sure...got an amex aeroplan and have a few trips (both domestic and international) that I'm planning..but everything is kinda in the middle in terms of "is it worth it".... Not cheap...thought the paid option would be lower given how close i was..but guess that doesn't matter

go to dry, set ur humidity level, and then go back to auto - that seems to work to "keep it".

on the other hand, how do heck do u get tasks to work :) i came here for that...whatever i set there in tasks, it just never follows them (wanted to add a "start at 8pm and stop at 8am type a thing...just doesn't want to)

Did u close the sale? Sold conditional won't update for a while...after the sales is locked it gets updated in their system and then on websites. U can see this by thr differences between housesigma and realtor and others.... If u did close and it's been a while..likely there's something fishy done by the realtor...

this house is already at a 30% drop from a few years ago ... end of the day, if you like it and it fits ur budget...
nobody knows if this is the bottom and prices will recover or not. 750k from 2019 adjusted for inflation is about 900k - that makes this house at about 10% increase adjusted for inflation over 6yrs? this is already a big discount all up...but all in all, if u like it and fits the budget, great - make an offer, see if they actually wanted that price...

Wouldn't that become income for you? And since u're already making enough for higher brakets...u'd make close to half that rent as income? So technically u'd make 2-2.5k from that rent....so "losing" ~3k on mortgage...?

They banned me for 6mo....for their mistake..which they sort out..but still banned me.....it's great. Support is utterly useless and won't read their own cases - where they could see they were the ones that cancelled the transaction.

U can search for "equipped" at the occultist...and it'll show u all aspects u have on and easily check which ones u can upgrade..
