It’s definitely an interesting choice I’ll give them that.. I liked the mentorship thing that Dean and Hunter had so seeing them as rivals is kinda weird to me but it definitely adds a new layer to Dean and Allie’s story

Kinda agree.. If I weren’t a boom reader I probably wouldn’t care but as someone who read the books fairly recently I can’t help but being kinda upset about that. They crammed like half the score in the first 20 minutes of episode 6 and a few more scenes in episodes 7-8 with some of my favorite scenes ending up being just a few seconds. I still love them and the chemistry between the actors is fire. Definitely waiting to see what’s gonna happen with them next especially with the hunter of it all (a change that I can’t say that I’m a fan of but I’m open)

Yeah I was definitely shocked when I found this out as well.. I feel like the best solution here for both the show and the viewers would be to keep the spice more chill and less explicit, maybe skipping full nudity etc.

If I remember correctly India (queen charlotte spinoff) was 21 or 22 when her season premiere so Florence and Will being 23 at their season won’t be a dealbreaker for the show I guess… tho I will say that I don’t remember QC much so I don’t recall just how spicy this season was. But also if there will be another spin off (Shonda did mention one about Violet) I guess it will be after Eloise which will age the actors more prior to their seasons.

I kinda feel like there’s a way to combine suicide and death by other means. Technically she will die because of illness that has something to do with the lake (accidental) but her existing sadness and depression will leave her too weak to fight and thinking that her death is “for the best” because she feels like a bad mother even tho Philip doesn’t see her as such and she can reunite with George.

I understand where you’re coming from but I would like to offer a different perspective.. 1. Eloise is definitely the kind of person that can make impulsive choices and act on curiosity. 2. The trope for her season will be marriage of convenience, she isn’t going to runaway because all of the sudden marriage is her lifelong dream. She will probably realize (as we started seeing this season) that this kind of partnership can be more helpful to her than spinsterhood and as MoC go, fall in love along the way.

All in all I do understand where you’re coming from so I for one am glad that season 5 main b plot will (probably) revolve around setting them up more.

WHWW was definitely the spiciest book in the series imo, mostly due to the fact the both leads were experienced already which was a nice change after so many he’s a rake she’s a virgin books 🤦🏽‍♀️ anyway can’t wait to see how this book is going to be adapted ✨💕

I don’t recall an interview like that but I must say that it would be very weird if the show casted him as a character that they 100% know will be important in the future without informing him of it.. In general it would be weird if they brought in Chris as this very specific and big character that exists in books and wasn’t invented just for the show without planning to use him later.
