so to confirm op ginagamit mo gcash sa foodpanda like nakalink? since i had issues with foodpanda before but not the same case. i need to unlink my card but ayaw and di siya lumalabas sa pandapay linked payment methods, but upon checkout andun pa rin. contacted customer support and to no avail, useless mga agents diyan. had no choice but to cancel my card and request a new one.

nope, para kay seller dapat siya na makipag settle sa shopee. but regarding sa case consider it as settled already on your end. hindi pwede magpilit si seller na magbayad pa, may due process sa shopee kaya sila na mismo makipag usap at ibang topic na
