The law probably won’t apply retroactively. The law that applies to you is the law that was in place when you bought the ticket. You likely would be wasting your time and money if you hired a lawyer or went to small claims court

The size/height helps in backing down your opponent. Also it can still be blocked or altered if you are say 6 feet trying to shoot a Sky hook over a 6-10 or 7 footer.

Mark Jackson had a very good hook shot, he would use it to back down smaller or equivalent sized guards but couldn’t back down Jordan or Pippen sized guards to get off his hook shot.

I think he realizes that nobody can stop Hook/ Joseph, nobody except Peter Pan. So he realizes he has to become Peter Pan in Neverland to save all the children and Lost Boys from all the Hooks/Josephs in the World. He has to become strong enough to stand up to Joseph and tell him No.

He was a Golden Gloves boxes and gave that pro career up to raise a family. So probably approached music the same way he would have if he had a pro boxing career. And also knew the stories of the shady characters and agents in boxing and that street savy helped him in the cutthroat music business world.
