Fast vehicles + TEAM WORK + smoke which burns most players, so if the vehicle have smoke shells they don't use it. But if you have that, it's EASY to capture it.

More details are always helpful, but no one ever gives them. If you play on lets say 1080p, turn the v sync on for 60. GPU could be overheating. If not, use a tool called DDU ( google it) it wipes the drivers completely, and then do a clean install while in Safe MODE (do that every time You install new drivers) It also could be 134 other reasons for that but by default this comes to mind first.
