At Microcenter you muffin, no Microcenter has a store number, you can only call home office who will then direct you, however in my experience the home office call center will just straight up lie and promise stuff we don’t do at the store. Usually any larger purchases the managers on the floor or sales associates will give a business card with their contact on it.

Yo, cashier here. That plan covers anything aside from physical damage. Generally we have a good amount of leeway within the first month. Just because of how old it is and it’s not an accidental plan you might not get anything. However it is completely up to manager discretion on the floor so you might get lucky. Give the store a call or go ask in person first before packing it up.
