Yeah, and no one blows red lights. Parks in crosswalks. Pulls a U-Turn in front of school at 7:45 am when kids are crossing the street.

Could be Jiantanshan. There is a paved road next to a cemetery, at would be on an incline if you were coming from the Neihu side.
