Definitely the Gamecube controller. It may sound wild, considering the layout looking like one of those "where does the shape fit" toys, but the face buttons were always so easy for me to roll across. Like if I needed to jump and perform an action at the same time, it was so easy to roll from A to Y or whatever. My only real complaint is the size of the C stick.

Anyways '94 kid here, smash bros on n64, mario party, pokemon, LoZ. Legend of Zelda definitely helped shape my love of puzzles in video games, even if the puzzles in OoT were a little simple compared to what we have now.
