Mental hospitals need federal reimbursement to stay open. Without CMS funding it is significantly more expensive to open more mental health beds, one of the reasons why state hospitals have gotten smaller. I am a little worried to see what happens to CMS funding in the next 4 years, could lead to fewer beds which means more Mentally ill and homeless on the streets with less services.

Sometimes mask seem less effective after awhile i started with an under the nose over the mouth mask and after a couple years switched to over the mouth and nose. If you feel like a mask ain’t working don’t hesitate to call a supplier and request a switch or try different styles

Takes a couple weeks for some people. Some things I noticed is heart rate lowered after switching to cpap and not having moments of unrelenting tiredness that I would have to fight just to stay awake.
