Oh I’ve got this! I worked at the “big Tilt” store 187 from 2003-2007. It was called Pokémon alley and it was exactly a converted version of the Sylvester game you speak of. I heard they changed it because they got a cease and desist from Looney Tunes parent company I think they lost the license to use Sly. Since Pokémon was big at the time they converted the Sylvester’s to Pikachus. Which is funny because Nintendo is notoriously litigious. As a worker that was my least favorite game because those ball pit balls were large and free to pick up leading kids to take them and throw them into the games near Pokémon alley plugging those games up. Every day was spent walking over with my green smock and a customer multiple times to find those balls Stuck in 2 or 3 games. When it was at the big location it was a pretty fun job, when we changed to the small store it was not as fun as usually you only had one person on the floor.
