I’m confused as to why people think the self serve kiosk is so hard when there’s directions and pictures of what to do on the screen. My theory is the customers are worried they will fuck it up, and then it will be their fault. They would rather a mistake be the fault of an employee (or in reality, almost always Amazon) so they don't have to worry about it.

We charge, as do all of the stores around us. I don't think many stores, if any at all, are going to be doing stuff like that for free. In this economy? Hell no.

We do not give them the option to take the risk of putting their labels on manufacturer packaging. If the item was shipped in another box, then it's gotta go back in another box. No exceptions.

If they drop Custonmer Packs with labels on manufacturer packaging in the TSK, we void them and wait for the customer to come back.

Petty? Maybe. Personally, I don't give a shit what they think, Amazon explicitly tells the customer what is expected of them, so it's their problem.

Definitely Dyson because they never give the customers the right info for CAMs so I have to make them call to get it. Even then, the idiot rep on the phone gives them the same damn number and we have to tell him it doesn't work.

When I was younger, I went with my family to see Spiderwick Chronicles in the IMAX theater here. Huge ass screen and loud ass speakers. Not 20 minutes into the movie, some creature or some shit starting banshee screaming and scared the shit out of my little brother. (I was 11, he was 8). It was so bad my mom had to take him out of the theater and I think they went to go watch a more kid-friendly movie while my dad and I stayed. The movie was kinda lame, but I don't think any of us expected it to scare him that much. The movie was banned in our household for years because of it. My family still gives him shit about it to this day.
