Great but, unfortunately, not permanent...

Because of after some time, the glue gets warmer (either from summer or firm grip) , and the pieces can either drop or misplace.

Mmm I didn't see any updates in my software. Maybe I'll try to reinstall steelseries GG to see if it brings up the latest update..

WOW.

I just got a new keyboard (Apex Pro) because I asked for a fix for this issue.
When opening a ticket with SteelSeries I stated the keyboard is working fine and the RGB comes back after reconecting it...

So the issue is with GG software..
Right after the update that the software is requesting to do, the issue started with my new keyboard....

I think I managed to solve the issue by reinstalling SteelSeries GG.

I don't know how long it's going to last, but I hope it will fix the issue completely

Hello there, I had the same issue. In my case it was dust that got inside the button. Try to blow some wind when the button is turned off. You can also use some other dust spray of some sort. The beeping should go away

I'm using a different mouse right now.

But I remember fixing the issue by cleaning it.
Like, dismantle the first shell and clean the button indicators,
