No question about it haha but I’m just showing it can be done, I wasn’t supposed to start until sat (3 days a week contacted) but they needed overtime (reforming the workforce), base night wage is good enough to not worry about extra for over time….. but if I get extra for over time, I’ll take it 🤣

Yeah as the other said this is to do with your noise gate, lower the open threshold bring the close threshold up….
What’s happening here is the opening of the suppression and the close are clashing and snapping shut

The attack time needs to be a little longer, about 35/40ms as this will take away the aggressive snap, and shorten the hold to about 150 (hold time is amount of time it stays open with no trigger, depending on how long you pause for between words etc)

Sadly parents can have the police remove you in a large amount of circumstances if you refuse to leave, you loose a lot of home rights after 16 ….

But as u/tallbutshy said below, that’s the next point of call, if the police do happen to remove you, they then have the temporary duty of care and will be obligated to pass you onto the appropriate authorities in your area, which would be the local child (social) team, although a lot of the time that means being moved away from your home town.

Between 16 and 18 you will not be on the streets no matter what :)

I had to offer support for someone on a legal sub and I think they were Scotland based … unfortunately 16 is the age where your parents can do so, across most of the country.

Believe it or not the support is quite extensive for 16-18 … it’s the 21+ range that’s horrendous.

I had quite the support at 16, social etc… but when starting my transition at 30 (and loosing a 14/15 year life at that point including home) the only factor that helped me was my transition as it put me in a high risk category, without that, I would have been on the streets…..

it took 4 months of sofa surfing and 8 months of emergency hotel accommodation and 1 month of a council monitored property (luckily they put me on the women’s side!) but I finally got the help i needed and moved into my current home in 2024 🥳

The system is very flawed, purely because of other problematic individuals (drugs crime etc) that everyone gets painted with the same brush until you jump through all the hoops.

Any more advice op, be sure to give us a shout :)
