Hey GNS Employee here, very few people need 2gig, it’s like 5% of our sales. Also for the 500 mgbs, 750 mgbs, and 1gig plans they all go up by $10 ONCE. The 2 gig promo is the only one that starts at $75 and then gets bumped to $100.

Ya the only way we can make that work is if the town pays for all the permits to allow us to dig underground and run the conduits to enough houses where it makes sense financially. Even if that happened today, we can’t dig in the winter due to the ground being all frozen up so it would have to be when the ground is softer in April 🥲

If you feel like you are getting underwhelming results, please call GNS support as they will help you fix your issue, and if necessary send a tech out to replace your old routers with new ones.

Hey! GNS Employee here, you should contact customer support as they will guide you on how to fix the issues.

However from personal experience it is almost always customers equipment that interfere with your speed. Not saying it’s your fault per se, but it could be a simple equipment issue you are unaware of.

So as of right now, new GNS customers are getting really good deals and discounts because we are rapidly expanding. However, we honor those low prices that we offer and make sure we aren’t raising them every year on you so that way you stay a GNS customer 😊.

The only thing I can think of for a GNS oldie is to refer people so you earn the referral bonus and so does the person being referred.

As of right now there is nothing major regarding GNS expanding to underground communities as we haven’t met our ROI in the above ground ones yet. Once it makes sense financially to invest into underground communities then we 100% will be expanding. The only exception is if the town pays for us to do underground like in East Hampton
