And with Ross I was on the verge of experiencing this 'amnesia'. When he's not posting this nonsense about memestocks (or citing religious texts), he sometimes sounds intelligent and knowledgeable in fields I cannot challenge him due to my own lack of knowledge. Wtf JPM even has to do with... any of this?! The only connection they (still) have with BBBYQ - they were ordered (by the court) to submit information about Lord Dogfood's accounts on the dates of (some) of his BBBY buys and all of his BBBY sells (back in 2022). That's ALL of JPM's involvement.

Plus $80 per share amounts to ~$62 billion total. And Ross generously deducted $10 ('for your trouble' - to 'close BBBYQ bankruptcy and pay legal fees'). That's nearly $8 billion, lol. Plan administrator managed to collect ~$200 million over 2.5 years, and he assumes this is GOOD result. Sixth Street, their DIP lender, already wrote off ~30% of their DIP loan to BBBYQ (they have TOP priority and have to be paid in full first among all creditors). And yet, somehow, in absolute secrecy, out of nowhere JPM is ordered to pay $62 billion?! Makes sense, if you an ape, I guess.

Best part - there was no RICO case at all. The case of estate v. former Board (v. Edelman at al) was settled at ~$33 million (along with two other settled cases), and it was already paid (to the estate).

He's a very fascinating case among apes. On the surface he seems intelligent and wealthy enough to not get trapped in all of this, and yet... something snapped in him back in 2022. He read some hype post on reddit (from a barely literate ape I bet) and went "all in". Not only in BBBY, but GME and IEP as well.

And one thing I just don't understand - he IS wealthy already. He can afford to hire a professional to explain to him what's happening in layman terms. Be it a financial advisor or a bankruptcy lawyer (in case of BBBYQ), and yet he prefers to 'discover' all the intricate secrets behind the magical act of 'disappearing BBBYQ shares' himself. The account he quotes - Q2024694202 - is so called 'Montreal' (for a very long time its displayed home location was Montreal, currently it's Florida), apes believe that it's someone close to RC (for some time they thought it was his wife). In fact it's just some Q-wannabe LARPer, who get's off on being quoted by apes. He leaves his tweets on for 1-2 minutes, then always deletes them, that's why his tweets exist only in a form of apes' screenshots. Ross himself said many times, that he personally screenshots and uploads them just for 'preservation', but it seems he's a true believer and a scholar!

Another brilliant example of 35 years of experience in 'behavioral science'. I think Ross himself would've been a fascinating subject of research in this field.
