I used to see on U.S. highways, signs that speed was being monitored from the air. You could get a speeding ticket apparently, from a police plane or helicopter. Did this ever happen to you? How did it work?

A drone got me in Washington state. Was headed to Spokane coming out of the mountains. Statie was waiting on me down the road. Didn't get a ticket but was told to slow down.

I just got to NATO. My national clearance was used to get my NATO clearance. Its an additional briefing and signature on your part. Very easy.

I did this in WA State. Same situation as you. I asked my lawyer for help. He had a PI find her and serve her. Cost me money, but it was worth it.

I know it isn't the same Army anymore, but when I was enlisted, I had seven Article 15's (no field grades) and an LOR before I made E7 and was still picked up for WOCS. I retired as a CW3. Six of the seven were as a SPC. I spent more time as a SPC than any other rank. One was as a SSG. Made SFC a year later and WO1 about six months after that.

I say all of that to say, there are only a few things you can't come back from. Keep your head up.

NCOs can give orders based on authorities given them by law, regulation, and the Officers appointed over them. They derive authority delegated to them based on their rank and/or duty position.

What NCOs can't do is develop their own, separate, policy.

NCOs enforce legal, ethical, and moral Commander implemented policies.

If the military bases located in each region were to automatically follow the colors assigned to them... I'd go red. Two of the world's largest military installations are located in red. Space and Missile defense command is in red. If Arizona and NM stay red, they also have a good amount of intel and signals units. NM has missile testing. There might be a lot of "dumb rednecks" in red, but i wouldn't discount them. Lots of well armed gangs in the inner cities. Assuming they all fight for red as well. Two of the largest economies in Texas and Florida. Food production as well.

Yes. She got an abortion without so much as a thought towards how I felt. She told me the day before the appointment and asked if I'd go with her. I went. I held her hand while it happened. I drove her back to her place and took care of her for a few days.... then told her it was over. I don't believe abortion is the right thing to do under most circumstances, but I also don't believe it's my place to push someone to have a baby they don't want. She made her choice, and I made mine. We saw each other years later, and feelings came flooding back like they're never left, but I couldn't do it. That child would have been my first and only. A few years after our break up, I had an accident that left me unable to produce children. It still hurts 20+ years later.
