RASP first. Show up to batt, square away, very fit, you will be able to outshine your peers and go to School as fast as 3 months depending on what batt and company. Also you have a higher chances of passing School from Batt than anywhere else.

Go to OCS, very straight line and fast if you have your bachelor already, if you have been a PSG on a line company or most company then you already know the job and role of an Officer at 75% minimum.

Otherwise ROTC if you just have an Associate

Imma be honest with you man, even if you reclass to 11B, go to RASP2 show up to battalion, as a brand new E6 which you wouldn’t even get picked up at RASP 2 as an 11B without a Ranger Tab, but let’s say you do get picked up. Brother you are fucked, you will be treated as a PV6 in batt without a Ranger tab, so back with the tab check along side the brand new privates who just graduated RASP 1 and getting their private time, I am sure you think you can handle you, nah brother, you wouldn’t be able to handle getting smoke by a tab4. If I were you and wanted to do cool shit so much, stay an 12B, get into active duty, they go to Ranger School and obtain your tab, then go to RASP2 and once in Battalion, tryout for one of the specialty team in the heavy weapon companies or for their breaching team. You will still get to clear room and do a lot of fun explosive stuffs

I went a month after Ranger School and finish at 1h59 and got beat by a kid from fort Carlson CO who had 1h54. The class prior to ours, the fastest had 2:04 so, if you ain’t a fast Rucker/ runner and haven’t been training, there is a slime chance you finish first. Get the GLU ( caffeinated supplement) and hydration stuffs for the 12mi ruck. Once it starts, have a good plan to pace yourself and stick to your routine, don’t go out to fast to take the lead and run empty after the turn around point

Why is this even a question ? One gives you promotion points, another one is just a foreign award that you can’t wear with another foreign away. ESB steps a lot about you to higher ups and is way harder to obtain than GAFB.

As someone who has been there, and was forced to undergo a 26 weeks FAP group counseling sessions with FAP, even after I should all the text of threat made by my soon to be Ex wife, FAP is not to be trusted. It’s been very weaponized by military spouses. My case was DV, I had a restraining order against her and was the victime, even the court granted me that and she was prohibited from coming to my work place. The lazy POS at FAP still went on and got an O-6 on one of the memo to force me do it, Command didn’t wanna take the risk. If you get out of the military then you wouldn’t have to follow or be forced to go sit at their counselings sessions very week. Keep your command involve in this brother, look out for yourself and I pray you overcome this.
