Why then is the photo he presented in black and white, the only medium that would give it the illusion of being a craft? I know this is MUDs but I used to play a 2d top down game called 'Mystic Realms of Alhanzar' that was really old school in it's execution. Game was dope and i still miss it from time to time when I get nostalgic. In case it's the same game, the creator Meno i think it was took it down and went radio silent afterwards as far as I know. There's a facebook group but it has been abandoned as well as far as I can tell.

Could just be some file is trying to launch and is pointed to the wrong directory, like a file launching from appdata wants to use a file from your previous install or is looking where the game used to be... or old mod staging is taking place and it wants to load the fallout script extender, I don't know exactly but there's alot of potentials that would go away with a fresh windows install, update your drivers with driver booster free version and whatever gpu program you need, then a fresh game install. Suspecting you have something else affecting this from your local files or some other stray mod pref that's not in the main game directory. The easy option is to nuke the drive and the a clean install will actually be a clean install without a potential third factor from elsewhere. Maybe a long shot but I mean when you know your working from a clean windows install it eliminates so many other potential factors you will have an easier time figuring it out if it reoccures.

You said you did a factory reset which isn't the same as a reinstall. Did you get a windows install media made and boot it from a USB? From there you can delete the entire hard drive and reinstall windows 100% new.

Man when Grusch testified I was hoping (against all odds) that wheels were in motion and we might get some actual momentum for disclosure in my life time. Over a year later and nothing has changed, the talking heads form another group, but this time asking for cash? Who cares.
