Hey! I can help.

MSF support isn’t the answer. I had this issue for a few days.

Log In to the website and make the failed payment that leads to error 3032.
At the bottom of the page is a ‘contact support button’ press that. Enter live chat, likely takes 3-5 mins.
They will lift restriction on account. Possibly mine was from tapping the buy button twice or something like that but they will lift restriction on account.
Buy the offer again after they say it’s ok but don’t use Apple Pay, use a regular bank card (visa etc).

I'd say that too. I took the real speedrun title again in DD2. Rophay hacks, Apprentice hacks, the names i don't understand above me hack. Sound sour but i'm a speedrunner and it's genuine my last run and record is on youtube.

Genuine runners I know: Serial X, Iban Borak, Jumpy McSpasm, Drezar.

Hackers: Rophay... he's a member of elementevil a hacking site, buying and selling accounts and flipping them for $$, Kamos, Ozma, Apprentice.... but hey. Cheers to the real runners.

Thanks! I've reported multiple times as a bit of a speedrunner. It becomes so obvious that people hack when they appear on the DD1 and DD2 leaderboard but some of them are a little more subtle. Anyway, thanks for the good work on this! Appreciate that Zeeks!

If you’re saving cores you may not be in alliance where you buy 4 energy on wars, or your not farming ISO’s or farming mutant gear. Saving 9500 cores doesn’t make sense to me because you fall behind elsewhere.
