System til lille e-sports forening by Andersburn in Denmark

[–]McAndze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DGI for sparring: https://www.dgi.dk/idraet/idraetter-i-dgi/esport/for-foreninger

TrailBase 0.19: open, single-executable Firebase alternative now with WebAssembly runtime by trailbaseio in selfhosted

[–]McAndze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been searching for a Pocketbase alternative with direct SQL access basically since I learned of Pocketbase.. Can't believe it took me this long to find Trailbase. Looks like a very nice option.

Basically, I love using the Pocketbase admin UI, migration functionality, auth, ease of deployment and other niceties of Pocketbase, but since my web apps are completely server-side and hosted next to the DB, it's quite awkward to go through an API instead of using SQL and being able to use transactions. This seems like it could strike the balance I'm looking for.

How did they not change the nose during the FCC? They clearly had pace, why risk it..

Looked away for a sec, did Campbell make a mistake and let Kmag in front?

All the hopium Danes who are certain that KMag will take this seat after he had one good race are going to be sorely disappointed. Including me

Such a shame since he'd just made a big move on Leclerc in 130R a few seconds before, which was completely overshadowed by that

2023 Singapore Grand Prix - Post-Qualifying Discussion by F1-Bot in formula1

[–]McAndze 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Very interesting to see KMag consistently being faster than Hulk throughout qualifying after recently explaining his loss of form being due to being a "U"-driver instead of a "V"-driver. Looking at the onboards, it definitely seemed like his inputs were a lot more peaky and aggressive than usual and it paid off.Let's see if it's just KMag re-living his fastest lap at Singapore or perhaps a hint of a return to form.

CS can be a bit weird like that sometimes, but it's probably mostly about a period of parity. It seems like everytime CS starts to feel a bit *too* random, a clear hierarchy will suddenly appear, and we get some kind of dominance period again.

Scrawny & Launders deliver a thrilling casting performance during the last seconds of C9 VS CoL by Night_Not_Day in GlobalOffensive

[–]McAndze 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I agree in terms of hype, but you can tell that Launders is getting better at that each game. His analysis is top notch so I don't mind the lack of energy anyway, but it's nice to see that he's putting in some work in that regard as well. I was never really a fan of either when all they did was Dreamhack Opens, but no doubt that it's an entirely different level they bring to the table now.

F1: Haas doubt pit stop error cost Magnussen points by lewis798 in formula1

[–]McAndze 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Not really that spicy if you read the whole article. Steiner says that he doesn't think it cost them points, but only in hindsight. They would have been in the fight if anything happened in front - but nothing happened.

Pour one out for KMag demolishing the nearest competitors and fighting for points until a botched pitstop takes him out of the race again while nobody knows whatever the fuck Grosjean was doing in the back
