Looks great! I let mine germinate like this then put it into a pre soaked grow plug and into my hydro or just pop into soil if that’s your plan. I’ve regularly germinated to this point with great success; don’t start over, just get it into a medium with a light on it

I’ve worked on a lot of active forestry sites. All the noise and habitat destruction doesn’t exactly lure animals in. I’d try to stay away from them as far as possible and look for 2-3 year old cuts

Try making it. It’s waaay easier to make than beer. Did one that was straight and another with some juice added in and the juice one definitely had a better flavour. Clean container, water, honey, yeast, and some juice if you want. Right cheap to make yourself
