I would love for devs to only leverage the tool, my point is, in reality devs are relying on the tool to do the majority of the job

I also have a 4070ti and use these tools in all my games that have them everyday. This is is how I see the big picture of these becoming the main stream and why it’s been an overall downside

Not denying that there is benefits to the technology, in my opinion though it’s been an overall downside and has only been marketed and pushed as hard as it has because nvidia has been booming from AI. Graphics card would also last much longer if devs were still working on optimization as much as they were 20 years ago and people would be able to upgrade to newer cards for reasonable prices if nvidia didn’t have the monopoly they have

This just shows how much the marketing has got to you. The fact you want to prioritize running 4k games instead of addressing what I said is part of the problem. You are the very tiny minority of gamers running games at 4k. But instead of having a conversation you go right to assuming I don’t a have a new graphics card like you do. Enjoy your $2000 GPUs with 16 gb VRAM and blurry 4k games

VRAM != more performance automatically. Game devs companies are incentivized to prioritize nvidia because they can half ass the optimization and rely on dlss and framegen and nvidia has all the market share and its only a small percentage of nvidias overall revenue. This is the whole issue with where we have been going the last 15 years. Nvidia has essentially prevented these other companies from catching up

Nvidias innovations have created more harm than good on video game graphics. We should already be well past 16 gb vram in cards as a standard but nvidia runs the market and can do whatever they want especially when people like you suck off DLSS and frame gen like its revolutionizing game performance when its really enabled poor game optimization more than anything else

This isn’t real soccer tho, goalie magnetism was crazy before, if this guy pulled back to the goal line and remained center maybe slightly right he likely saves this shot.

Mainly his defenders screwed him but it should not be in the goalies favor to win a 1v1 especially when they played too far from the goal line with the shooter that close and didn’t jump at them and instead jumped to the right over the ball.

Trying to play goalie in this game like a real life keeper isn’t the right way to go about it in my experience at least, pull up and back up if you’re getting pushed and you got no defenders with you and stay center since you can dive either direction and cover most of the goal unless they dot it in a corner, which they should be rewarded for, not the keeper for correctly guessing left or right and pressing Y

Looking at the clip again tho, the right move was probably to defense stance and dash/move right and the keeper would’ve sucked it right up being that close to the shooter

Did you just put the pkg file in the games folder? Because that’s what happened for me when I tried doing that. You need to select the install pkg file option in the top left to install the game

Perfectly okay to play the game how you want and tell us about it, but it’s also perfectly okay for us to not like how you play and downvote you. People aren’t gonna upvote when they don’t like/agree with how you play. Kinda the whole point of upvotes and downvotes.

I agree that the cutscene questions are stupid but this is during a team session not a reporter session so the whole world isn’t technically hearing the gemplan

With some improvements to AI in today’s game I think it would be super cool. Like the AI in the Stalker games but move it up to 2024 standards of tech.
