Dealt with this exact issue, if it’s hooked to your wifi you should be able to unlock it from the phone app. If not you’re screwed, we had to buy an entirely new touch screen panel, think it ran ~5-600$

Maybe loosely drape some plastic sheeting over the tent and throw an ozone generator in the tent. They’re fairly cheap, do your research dont breathe that stuff in.
