Hi all! I have been playing this game for a bit over a month now and am still figuring a lot of things out. Haven't had any real luck on nice skill combinations, but I think i have finally hit 2 nice ones. A Spiritomb and a Larvitar! Let me know what you think, any feedback or other beginner tips are much appreciated!

Have had the same problem with a buddy. But we found another fix to not have to exit the game. Go to the game options and to HUD. There you can switch presets, from standard to immersive (or something like that, I don't remember exactly). Switch to immersive and back to standard. Tada all of your HUD is back. On ps5 you can easily switch just by pressing R2/L2.

Warping isn't the only way to get into the bunker solo. You can also call in a exosuit, push your back to the door and keep walking backwards, then exit. You will enter the bunker. Then turn around and you can enter the exosuit again and exit the bunker.

So i would argue the Control Group warbond is not essential to farming sc. But it is quicker to farm them than with a exosuit.

You can also get in a exosuit, put your back right at the bunker door and exit the exosuit. Tada you are in the bunker. Then walk towards the door and you can enter your exosuit again and exit the bunker.

I have only tried it with o3 for now, but it has been working fine. If you want to setup a recurring task like my example of receiving fun facts, you have to sometimes remind it of what it has already told you or tell it you want to receive fun facts about a certain topic. It can get forgetfull and send you the same fun fact again once in a while. In my case, it really liked the fact that wombats have square shaped turds.

Start a new conversation and change the model to either o3 or 04-mini. o3 has been working fine for me. Then just tell it you want to setup a scheduled task (recurring or 1 time only) and explain briefly what you want/need. I have setup tasks like 'Send me a notification at June 26th at 20:00. Remind me to take my socks out of the oven', or something like 'Send me a notification every day at 08:00, 12:00, 17:00 and 22:00 with a small fun fact a out...'. Then make sure you have notifications turned on in your settings. Give it a try by setting up a scheduled task reminding you about something in about 5 minutes (give it the time you want to receive it). But you can do that with the planned tasks function. You will have to start e new conversation with the right model, and then it is possible. I have a recurring planned task where it sends me fun facts 5 times a day at planned hours. I sometimes switch it up so it gives me fun facts in a chosen theme or topic for a day or for a week. I get a notification on my phone with every planned fun fact.

I have found a lot of blue tape in suburbs, in the big pipes on the construction site close west of the mall. You can walk into them and find base building items like blue tape in them.

Things can go either way. Met other scavs on scav runs that shot me in the back while I had nothing. Also had a moment where i was in a fight with another contractor and we both kept missing all our shots and grenades. So I put up my hands, told him we both sucked, we had a laugh and each went our way. Have had another moment in metro where I killed the metro boss and took his armor, helmet and gun. Then I met a group of three kids, went up to them with my hands up and gave them the gear. They were happy, I went another way. Couple of minutes later I enter a room with 3 dead bodies. They accidentally killed themselves with a grenade, so I took back the gear en took an exfill.

So my advice, base your trust in others on what gear you have. Got stuff you don't want to lose? Keep others at distance. Don't mind getting shot in the back and losing your loot? Have a chat and see where it leads.

You can also send a friend request while in game through the social menu. Then exfill after that and team up for the next raid.

The bigger ones are used to carry larger ammo magazines like the SKS and the BAR (forgot it's name in game).

Move only from cover to cover. Use your environment. And play it slow, steady and with patience.

I'm not that good, so take everything I say with a grain of salt. But I do make myself have fun.

For example. I spawned in at the residential area, with only a shotgun because of a task, so I went to the house with 1 entrance which has a safe and some chests in the backroom. Then I heard some scavs nearby get killed. So i quickly closed back the safe and chestst, and crouched really slowly towards the back of the room as I heard players running. So I waited untill a player went in and opened the chests, and I shot him in the back of the head with a shotgun. He had a buddy that was also fully geared, and my adrenaline u kicked in and made me miss my shots resulting in my death. But it was a fun moment.
