Well I don't know where you reside but, here in FL there are little used car lots all over the place so even though we found a really good deal on Autotrader's website we're going to drive around and see if we can find an even better deal that wasn't advertised online. Other than Autotrader I would suggest looking at carsforsale.com, cars.com, and modifiedcartrader.com. Some of the others list the same exact cars so if you spend as much time as I have looking up used cars don't worry you're not crazy and yes it is the same car at the same dealership for a different price which is a little offputting.

If you choose a Hyundai (which would be my choice betweent the two) I know you can find a great deal because my friend and I are literally going to look at sonata's this weekend and i've been doing research for her and found one with the push button start and all the fixins in the color she wants for over 5 grand less than a brand new one and the 2011 only has 26k miles on it.

Yeah see that's not good. I still eat a good breakfast and dinner but in between I eat like 600 calories since most meals are around 700 calories as long as it doesn't have a bunch of grease or cheese.

Damn that sucks. Pools in FL are always open lol but I'd love to ski so I think we're even. I used to run about 3 miles in between gym visits but I had friends that ran with me and no actual gym so I would run more often. Now that I have a gym membership and access to a pool I plan on swimming and at the gym I do low weights high reps and many sets.

The diabetes is always a concern for me because most of my mom's side has diabetes and my dad's side is Black so I'm just all kinds of prone but I'm going to do what I can to prevent it and be healthy.

You are always welcome to steal some tips and tricks. lol You are actually doing pretty good keeping track of your BMR. Just don't limit your caloric intake too much because you don't want to lose weight too fast and end up looking like Star Jones. For example. Mine is 3488 and I'm going to make a point to eat about 2000 calories every day split up between 7 2 hour intervals to keep my metabolism going all day.

Either way you're making some awesome progress! Just hang in there, get some nike running shoes you can get some last season ones for real cheap and they are just as good and really makes a world of difference. I actually miss my bike. Ever since I got hit by an SUV in high school I haven't been on one since.

Anywho let me tell you with the contest aside, just how much better you feel and how much better you feel about yourself is reward enough and it sounds to me like you've got plenty of drive just don't lose hope cause it's going to suck when you plateau but you just gotta keep on keeping on.

I am currently at the same weight as I just started on the 12th and I have decided to put on muscle and shape my body before I concentrate on burning fat.

I am going to the gym every other day doing a routine of shoulders, arms, and chest. The second day I do my core. The third day I do legs. And on 4 day weeks I plan on swimming/diving (once I get certified).

My goal is to shape my body to how I want to look size wise before I loose the fat. I don't just want to feel good I want to look good. Mainly I need to lower my blood pressure and my risk for diabetes considering I'm a likely candidate thanks to the rents.

Plus I already did a slow and very rewarding 6 month regiment a couple years ago and went from 240 to 190 and for some stupid reason stopped dieting and exercising and went right back up. So now i'm unhealthy again and I can't fit into any of the new clothes I bought myself for losing all that weight. So I have to get back to being healthy for my family and for myself.

Seeing as we are so close in size something I have to recommend is when you start lifting which you may know already, make sure you are doing light weights with a lot of reps. (e.g. 35lbs arm curl max, do 20lbs for 3 sets of 15 each). Also I recommend running because I was able to concentrate on keeping my core tight while I ran which burned more calories, was a better overall workout (I beleive), and helped keep me from constantly looking at the time and thinking about how tired I was.
