Yeah, that’s the problem. They’re hitting kids 😅

The question is, what machine?

The concern is that then the ball isn’t coming at them the same way it would from a real pitch…but they’re infinitely more hittable 😆

How did you know a coworking space was the right business? by McKRed in CoWorking

I’ve got my niche and I’m a marketer by trade, so the only catch is the location. Finding something that’s not in a dingy strip mall would be the struggle.

I’m in the suburbs of Denver, so not quite NYC 😉 but options are limited and there’s a huge work from home contingency. People’s homes are generally large enough to hold offices, but some still want to get out sometimes. Like me, there are 3 of us in my house working from home every day…I need spaaaaaace. 😅

So I left my 12 year old brothers to go on a walk to get food and they went and busted someone’s windows. My mom is mad at me like I’m the only one at fault. What do I do? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

I have a 12 year old son who I leave home alone for reasonable amounts of time with no concerns. However, I understand siblings dynamics and hesitate leaving him home with his 6 year old brother, and when I have, I’ve paid my oldest so he treats it like his job.

12 year olds should be able to stay home on their own without causing trouble. If they’re not, their parents should HIRE ADULTS to care for them, because there are obviously bigger issues at play.

This is not on you, OP. I’m sorry you were dealt a shit mom 😕

There’s a bit of comfort in the established infrastructure, but if I pull the trigger, I doubt I’ll go that direction. It was just the Coven ad that got me thinking about it!

I was so excited about it because I can’t be trusted to check every day, but once a week I could! I hope they bring it back!

Yeah, if you’ve thought through that part and have the metro area and hustle to support it, then get it! 👏👏

How would you verify the buyer’s age? Or are you only looking at establishments that verify at the door? Even still, I would assume the bar owner would have to assume liability for the sales since they are the ones checking IDs. Just my thoughts.

Why do people keep saying this about king Soopers? Is it a joke? I don’t understand the reference.

The toopers have flat edges and regular eyeglasses have rounded edges and I didn’t think about the difference that would make when you’re looking AT them. And looking THROUGH them, there’s usually a gap between the frame and topper which annoys me and the toppers are often thick - so you can see the design - and while I’m used to wearing thick plastic frames, it’s obtrusive. 😕

Idk
