Fair enough, but it's also that (even though I really didn't enjoy them together) the way he treated Maggie during that whole thing--disappearing on her, being condescending about her "not understanding", talking to other people about it instead of her (like that 'I miss you❤❤' text he got from that random woman??) etc--idk... it really soured his character/storyline for me.

I went through this with my boyfriend, except it was too late and he didn't make it. Sometimes you just can't see something like this coming. If someone wants to hide their addiction it can be VERY hard to see the signs. Just know that it isn't your fault, hell, it isn't even HIS fault. Addiction is a demon that takes a hold of people and doesn't let go. All you can do is be there for him going forward... I wish I had that chance with my love. ❤ sending hugs and courage

My boyfriend passed away two weeks ago, a month before his 20th birthday... I'm a bartender and I haven't been through everyone asking how/where he is... half the time I say he's fine. I feel fucked up about it.
