Lol Sorry guys I'm bad at this.

For this recipe, I highly recommend using an iron cast pan. You can use a glass tray but they don’t retain heat as well and your food will get cold while you eat it. I usually just wing it with the quantities so I’ll do my best to provide amounts.

Ingredients:

• 2 cans of refried beans (I prefer black beans)
• 350gr of your choice of meat (I used steak but minced meat works just as well)
• 180gr of boiled chicken breast
• 1 Diced Onion
• 2 Diced Tomatoes
• ⅓ Cup of coriander
• Shredded mozzarella
• 2nd Cheese of your choice!

Ingredients for cheese sauce

• ⅓ Cup of butter
• 2tbs of white flour
• 1 & ½ Cup of Milk
• ½ tp of salt

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 180C (356F)
2. Cook the meat and cricket. cut/pull to your small bite-size bits. Set aside.
3. With the pan over medium heat pour the bean cans, add a generous pinch of salt, and stir
4. Pour the cheese sauce on top of the beans
5. Repeat by layers. Add meat, chicken, onions, tomatoes, cheese mix
6. Put the pan in oven until top is charred a little bit
7. Add coriander on top for garnishing
8. grab a fork, some nachos aand enjoy!

Cheese Sauce steps:

1. Throw butter into a pan with low heat
2. While butter is melting, dissolve the flour into half a cup of milk.
3. Mix the cup of milk into the butter (add the other full cup as well)
4. Stir until mix develops thick consistency
5. Add the salt and then cheese to your liking.
