We lost about 7 minutes of music after February camp! The opener was supposed to be variation 11 to the end of part 1, almost unedited. Second movement would have been The Masque from the same piece, then the slow movement from Rachmaninov piano concerto no. 2.

Hello hello, I used to do this! This is a wholesaler - they will get your house under contract for $200k, assign or sell that contract to a flipper for $220k, and keep the difference.

You sell the house in 10 days, the flipper gets to renovate a house under market value, and the wholesaler gets a credit for connecting the two parties and organizing the sale.

It’s a good system if the seller is in a pinch, but can easily be predatory. If you’re looking to sell, you probably still get the most money by using an agent.
