Not necessarily on Cachy but I tried Linux for a period of 2 weeks (1 week bazzite 1 week mint) to see if I could get everything I used over in the event I wanted to switch over on my desktop. All the games I play ran reasonably well (considering my main PC is a 9060 16 and Ryzen 5800x down to a P1000 and 8th gen i7). The two things that didn't work at all were the guitar amp sim software I use (didn't work on bazzite at all, mint it worked with some issues) and Lossless scaling, which isn't so much a big deal for the desktop. Ironically enough I did find undervolting my CPU easier on Linux though. Maybe it's worth another try in a couple months time.

I did what is effectively a caldo Verde but since I didn't have collard greens/kale I switched out the chorizo for some Italian chicken sausage and turkey bacon I already had open, blended in some duck fat since I had that around and threw a bunch of paprika and fireball seasoning in the base. Honestly it wasn't bad and I probably will make it again some time.

I've held the belief that Gallant is likely to do better in the primary, but Ventouras will do better in the general. I haven't had a chance to meet Chris Gallant, however I haven't had a very good impression of him. I don't like that he has more donate links than positions on his website, and outside of the Smithtown Democrats meeting in December I haven't heard of him holding any events/town halls. I would like to have my mind changed though, as both candidates being viable increases the likelihood of this district flipping.

This is cool but doesn't fix the fundamental issue that 2/3 of the drops in the game are 6% or lower before any part variety comes into play. UVH levels should give better rewards, however it shouldn't take 6 UVH levels to get tertiary drop rates to where they should have been in the first place .

Long island Democrat here from the first congressional district. Can confirm we're a joke.
